Bashir Bilour on this occasion asked the Administrators to i8mmediately resume their new responsibilities and ensure provision of all civic facilities to the people without fail otherwise he cautioned that strict disciplinary action against those showing lethargy in their duties or causing public complaints. To a question, he said that local government was purely provincial matter but it was usurped in the past in shape of Schedule 6. However, he said that this power has been given back to the provinces that would be used in the best and larger interest of the people by providing civic facilities to the people in transparent manner. He said that the new local government elections would be held within six months on party basis after necessary consultation and legislation
